I have a solid track record in Leadership Building and Resilience Building for individuals and groups. For over thirty years I have helped my clients manage positive change and execute success in their professional capacity and in their personal lives. Change is universal. What underpins all successful change is the ability to embrace it with agility and confidence. Knowing who you are is the critical factor to confidence. Having a strong sense of self, of one’s history and vision of where they want their life to be is the key to success. Once we truly know our selves, any one of us can then promote our strengths and develop our needs. A solid self-esteem allows us to remove the personal from ‘personal conflict’ and look at resolving challenges without the baggage of confusing emotions. Through exploration and commitment, teamwork is built and new ideas are born. I am passionate about what I do and treat clients with respect and compassion.
