What to expect
EinCrew Building Leadership Building Resilience begins with a thorough assessment of the individual which identifies existing core elements of effective leadership. The client’s level of self management of behaviors and their self regulation of emotions is explored along with their understanding and ability to assess risk, resolve conflict, decision make and successfully implement effective planning. Personal life goals are also explored to ensure a healthy work life balance. Research suggests that promoting autonomy and mastery within a team environment results in strong leadership and resilience.
EinCrew Building Leadership Building Resilience may also include a 360 or 720 approach to assessing the client’s needs. This helps to further identify strengths and areas for development. We will explore the client’s motivators for growth and address all external factors and internal factors which help to either promote or hinder leadership and resilience. A formulation of our findings is fed back to the client with an action plan for strategic intervention through coaching and support in building leadership and resilience. We encourage a follow up interview to gauge success and look at further strategies to establish a culture for innovative growth and development.
